British Gymnastic boats the largest membership of any sporting governing body in the UK and is responsible for all levels of gymnastics in Great Britain, from amateur to elite.
Jump Media Group were asked to act as an extension of the in-house events team to help produce the governing body’s flagship arena events.
Using our knowledge and expertise in the areas of both sports competition and audience engagement, we worked alongside key personnel and stakeholders to contribute production ideas, putting the audience at the heart of everything we thought of.
Once the framework and ideas for each event were signed off, we contributed to a second-by second detailed running order with the event production team. We then delivered show-calling duties, ensuring each competition and showpiece opening event ran smoothly and to time.
In the two years that Jump Media Group has been working with British Gymnastics, the attendance to its most popular event, the Artistic Gymnastics British Championships, has quadrupled from 3,000 to over 14,000. We’re pleased to have been part of that success and enjoy a fantastic working relationship with their industry leading in-house team.
